Sin City hotel tycoon Steve Wynn unquestionably has a reason to be wound up about this holiday time. Investing about $2.3 billion, the eye-catching casino and hotel named Encore will inaugurate this week.

This lavish hotel and casino is attached to the very popular Wynn Las Vegas on the Sin City Strip. While tons of Vegas hotel-casino proprietors are trying to come across a manner to keep their hotels afloat, Wynn is flying high with his $billion hotel investments.

This 2000 room casino-hotel is a masterpiece in itself. The big attraction of this hotel will be the nightclub, dubbed XS. Wynn has seen in the recent past that nightclubs are a huge attraction in Las Vegas, Nevada, and not predominantly the hotel-casinos as they have been in the past. He thinks that Vegas nightclubs usually produce more money and are a massive meeting spot for the younger group.

Wynn has also created an extravagant eatery near the XS nightclub. Named after the well-known Colombian artist, Fernando Botero this circular restaurant has a large Botero carving as the centerpiece. Eventhough it is not as dramatic as the nightclub which it is connected to; the Botero steakhouse is thought to harmonize fairly well with the flamboyant LV nightclub.
The thought behind XS and Botero is a type of St. Tropez ambiance, where the celebration goes on without a pause and a big part of the partying occurs close to a swimming pool or beach-type setting. Things are certainly different in Sin City, where most people fancy parties to slot machines right now.
